My bones have been bruised, no, it have been shattered into a kaleidoscope of varieties and possibilities. From today I will lock my studio door and put the key in the metal cake canister on top of the refrigerator. Instead of Spock’s “Live long and prosper” it will become the Celaya “Work less, think more, live more“. This is time-out.
In Enrique Martinez Celaya’s “The Blog, Bad Time for Poetry” he speaks of exuberance and the words of Blake ” You never know what is enough unless you know what is more than enough.” … I walk away from this workshop with much-needed guidance and knowledge.
